Old Dominion is home to one of the nation's most underrated big men in 6-9 junior Alex Loughton (16.6 ppg, 8.7 rpg), an Australian import who was brought to the attention of the Monarchs' coaches by Longley, a fellow Aussie, and former Stanford player Alex Vlahov.
