The losses have mounted on the basketball court for Army the last several years, even under a proven winner like Jim Crews, who is just one victory from 300 in his career.
"We weren't very good last year and we certainly didn't win many games but I can honestly say I enjoyed going to practice every single day," said 18-year coaching veteran Crews, coming off his first year in command at Army. "When you don't win very many games that's pretty hard to do but says a lot about the type players we have."
