With six of his top eight players returning, Drexel coach Bruiser Flint is hoping the Dragons can build on last year's 19 wins and NIT invite last March.

The problem? Flint must replace two all-conference performers in 6-8 post man Robert Battle (15.1 ppg, 8.2 rpg in 2002-03) and sweet-shooting point guard Eric Schmieder (13.6 ppg, team-best 135 assists). Battle and Schmieder were the driving forces behind Drexel's success the last couple seasons.
