Eastern Washington, under third-year coach Ray Giacoletti, has emerged as a Big Sky Conference contender each and every season, following the strong foundation built by former EWU coach and current Loyola-Marymount head man Steve Aggers. The Eagles have won 15 or more games in each of the last five seasons.

A program that was once considered the dregs of the Big Sky has now maintained excellence.
