COACH AND PROGRAM
At most "hot" mid-major programs, the head coach is often a self-assured guy is his late-30s or early 40s with lots of mousse or styling gel in his hair and lots of ambition in his belly. In other words, his current job isn't his final stopping place, but rather a stepping stone to a job with a bigger gym, more TV exposure and a more lucrative sneaker deal.
