Tracy McGrady, Shaquille O'Neal and Steve Francis may not be the only names in trade talks this summer. NBA GMs believe there will be some heavy activity as teams try desperately to change their fortunes.

"Last year, we fired all of the coaches," one GM said. "This year it's on us. If we don't make the right moves, we'll be the ones losing our job this year."

The Orlando Magic and Houston Rockets finally pulled off the long-anticipated McGrady-Francis trade Tuesday. Who else is on the block? The names read like an all-star roster.
