MLB mock draft 4.0
The final mock draft is predictable at No. 1, but deviates greatly from there
This is the final complete first-round projection I'll do for the 2010 draft's first round, but I will update this over the course of the day on Monday as I get more information. Many clubs, if not most, are indicating that they're going to make final decisions on first-round candidates on Monday morning and afternoon after gauging signability or conducting some final debates. So here we go. (The draft begins Monday night at 7 p.m. ET and continues on Tuesday and Wednesday.)
You knew this already.SCOUTING VIDEO
Or Manny Machado or Unnamed College Pitcher. They're not talking. I know, because I asked. SCOUTING VIDEO
Or Taillon. I think they're happy either way. Or they oughta be. SCOUTING VIDEO
UPDATE: Hearing the Royals will be taking Chris Sale.
---Again, no pre-draft deal in place here -- I was told there hadn't even been a discussion of money as of Saturday evening. SCOUTING VIDEO
