Nobody ran on Clemente

Too often, we get "best" mixed up with "most impressive." The most impressive throwing arm I've ever seen was Bo Jackson's. But it certainly wasn't the best, because Jackson's powerful throws often wound up well wide of their target. Fortunately, we do have some solid information about throwing arms. We've got assists – also known in some quarters as "Baserunner Kills" – and we've got errors.
