Free agent bargains, busts

As of Christmas Eve, there were still 106 "remaining free agents," but 1) that number includes Mo Vaughn, and 2) most of the good ones are gone. Throw in the impending loss of another year -- there'll never be another 2004, you know -- and a slow news week, and this seems like a good time to list the five best deals and the five worst deals of the last couple of months. Taking those in reverse order...
