Destined for Hall? Probably not
Would Thurman Munson have made it to the Hall of Fame had he not died at age 32? Sadly, probably not.

In 1979, Thurman Munson crashed his jet short of a runway in Canton, Ohio. His two passengers escaped with minor injuries. Munson, however, did not survive. He had just turned 32 a few weeks earlier.
Ever since then, Yankees fans have wondered what might have been. Would Thurman Munson be in the Hall of Fame today?
