Under-15/16 Academy Rankings

Losses by six top 10 teams over the weekend leads to a new-look top 10 this week -- starting at the very top of the ESPNHS Development Academy Under-15/16 Power Ratings.

The LA Galaxy, coming off a 5-0 win, moves from third to No. 1 this week after previous No. 1 Dallas Texans and No. 2 CSA Wolves suffered losses. The Texans settle into second while the Wolves, which no longer leads the division, falls all the way to No. 7.

Albertson SC and South Carolina United Battery check in at Nos. 9 and 10, as the only newcomers this week.

Throughout the rest of the season, ESPNHS will offer a weekly glance at the top 10 teams in each age group.

It should be noted, these rankings are not predictive, but rather reactive to the results. In other words, the higher ranked team has accomplished something on the field to earn that position for now. As such, we expect quite a bit of turnover in the top 10 -- especially the bottom three to five spots -- throughout the rest of the Development Academy season.
