Q: I have subscription orders from the 25 title program, can I still submit them?
A: We will be accepting orders for other magazines through December 30, 2008.

Q: I am not a coach. Can I still run the fundraiser?
A: Yes, anyone who is looking to fundraising can participate in this fundraiser. You do not have to be affiliated with a school or athletic club to take advantage of this program. You can run the program as a team, league, school or class.

Q: How does the program work?
A: You will receive your FREE Team Fundraising Kit within 7-10 days of sign-up. Your fundraising kit will thoroughly explain how to run the fundraiser and will include a personalized order form and fundraising recap sheet to track your fundraising efforts. Athletes sell 2 year subscriptions to ESPN The Magazine for $40 to family, friends, neighbors and local businesses. Subscribers purchasing magazines will make a check payable for $40 for each subscription purchased. Your organization should then deposit the $40 check(s)/cash into the team account. Once a month, we request you send order forms and our $10 portion (25%) for each subscription sold (one check) payable to: ESPN The Magazine. Order form(s) must accompany the check to ensure all subscription information is entered properly. Do Not Send Cash!

Q: How do I get more order forms?
A: If you need additional order forms make photocopies of the form you received in the mail or log in to your online account and print them here.

Q: When should a Coach run the program and is there a time limit?
A: The best time to run the program is just before your season begins when anticipation of the coming season is high and there is time to make the program successful before the hectic season schedule begins. The program can be conducted continuously all year long. If your team runs the program year-round, we recommend the Coach send us subscription orders monthly to ensure magazine subscriptions begin in a timely fashion.

Q: Does the Team have to handle magazines or product?
A: No. Just send in the order forms with the appropriate monies to ESPN The Magazine and we take care of the rest. The magazines will be mailed directly to the subscriber. The team does not have to handle any merchandise or magazines.

Q: Is there a minimum number of orders to sell?
A: No. Sell as few or as many subscriptions as you want. The more magazines your participants sell, the larger the profit.

Q: Are there upfront or hidden costs?
A: No. This is a RISK-FREE program. There is no obligation to run the program if you request the fundraising starter kit.

Q: Does the subscription have to be a new order or can we accept renewals?
A: New orders, renewals and extensions of existing subscriptions are all welcome! We also accept gift subscriptions. Be sure to fill in information for both the buyer and the receiver on the Sales Order Form.

Q: I need an invoice in order to write a check. How do I request an invoice or other accounting forms?
A: You can request an invoice and/or W-4 for purchase orders by emailing us at coachesprogram@espn.go.com. For invoices, please provide your Team ID and the number of subscriptions you sold. In subject line please write "Invoice Needed Team ID# X" . For W-4 forms, please provide a contact name and fax number and subject should be "W-4 Needed".

Q: When will the subscriptions begin?
A: Magazine subscriptions begin approximately 4-6 weeks after ESPN receives the orders with the correct payment.

Q: How do I check on the status of my orders?
A: You can check on the status of your orders by either accessing your account online or you can give us a call at (212) 515-1180.

Q: How do I access my account online?
A: You can update your account information, request new kits and check the status of your orders by signing up to Access Your Account online. It costs nothing and it is an easy way to track your fundraising efforts. Click here to sign up to access your account.

Q: Can a Coach run the fundraiser for any sport and pass it along to colleagues?
A: A Coach can run this program for each and every sport they coach. However, we ask that you notify us if multiple sports or teams are running the program so that we may keep accurate records to better suit the needs of their area supporters. We welcome and thank any Coach for passing on this great program to colleagues. We request only that each Coach register for the program to help us keep accurate records to better serve everybody's needs.

Q: Can a team outside the United States run this fundraiser?
A: At the present time ESPN The Magazine Coaches Fundraising Program does not accept foreign orders. Please check back from time to time to see if this has changed.

Q: Once I've completed my fundraising efforts, where do I send the order form and payment?
A: When your fundraising efforts are complete, please send your subscription order forms and a check payable to ESPN The Magazine to: ESPN Coaches Fundraising Program C/O CDS P.O. Box 37801 Boone, IA 50037
