He joined: Ed Kranepool (1,853), Bud Harrelson (1,322), Jerry Grote (1,235), Cleon Jones (1,201), Howard Johnson (1,154), Mookie Wilson (1,116), Darryl Strawberry (1,109) and Edgardo Alfonzo (1,086).
• Angel Pagan stole his 37th base. That's the most by a Mets outfielder since Rickey Henderson (37) and Roger Cedeno (66) reached that total in 1999. Pagan returned to Citi Field on Wednesday after his young daughter underwent eye surgery in the morning.
• Not only did Pedro Feliciano extend his franchise record for relief appearances in a season to 91, he also has the most appearances in any month in franchise history with 22 in September.
