Punt return gives Arkansas 10-0 lead

January, 6, 2012
ARLINGTON, Texas -- The dangerous senior returner Joe Adams reversed field and took a Kansas State punt 51 yards for a touchdown, giving Arkansas a 10-0 lead. It was the first punt return for a touchdown in the Cotton Bowl since 1961.

Arkansas still doesn't have a first down in the game, but Adams' impressive run early in the second quarter and a fumble recovery inside the Kansas State 15-yard line has the Razorbacks ahead by two possessions.

It was Adams' fourth punt return for a touchdown this season. He averaged 16.2 yards per punt return coming into the game.
