UNIVERSITY PARK, Texas -- BYU recovered a muffed punt at the Tulsa 17-yard line with 25 seconds left in the first half and scored on a 17-yard touchdown pass from Riley Nelson to Cody Hoffman with 12 seconds remaining to cut the deficit to 14-10.

Passing yards: Tulsa 115, BYU 116
Time of possession: Tulsa 12:56, BYU 17:04
Third-down conversions: Tulsa 3-for-8, BYU 3-for-10

BYU gets the ball first in the second half. It will be interesting to see if the big special teams play provides them with the momentum needed to get their first lead of the game.
