Report: Pac-10 thinking of raiding Big 12

Is the Big 12 about to be raided? Multiple sources close to the situation have told Orangebloods.com that the Pac-10 is prepared to invite Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Colorado to join its league.

According to Orangebloods reporter Chip Brown, the 16-team conference would potentially start its own TV network that could command premium subscriber dollars worth upwards of $20 million in revenue to each of the schools. Brown also reported that, if the merger were to happen, the new conference would include schools with a firm hold on seven of the country’s top 20 TV markets.
