OSU sold out of Cotton Bowl tickets

December, 9, 2009
Oklahoma State announced that it has sold out of its allotment of tickets for the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic on Jan. 2 at Cowboys Stadium.

That's not a surprise. The high number of Cowboys' alumni, plus the proximity to Stillwater, Okla., is why Cotton Bowl officials were so excited to have OSU in the game. I'm sure that stadium will be very orange.

BTW, OSU was issued 12,500 tickets and got an additional 966 tickets, but has now sold all 13,466.

The capacity for the Cotton Bowl at Cowboys Stadium will be 71,167.
