FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Here are the lineups for the green-clad Red Sox against the Mets in this St. Patrick’s Day matinee:

1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
2. Carl Crawford, LF
3. Mike Cameron, DH
4. Jed Lowrie, SS
5. J.D. Drew, RF
5. Paul Hoover, C
6. Lars Anderson, 1B
7. Drew Sutton, 3B
8. Nate Spears, 2B
SP -- John Lackey, RHP

The regular Red Sox infield, in deference to the long bus ride back from Orlando Wednesday, gets a pass from Thursday's game. The Mets, predictably, did not force their "A" team to make the long bus ride from Port St. Lucie. Courtesy of ESPN New York's Adam Rubin, here is the Mets lineup:

1. Luis Hernandez, SS
2. Daniel Murphy, 2B
3. Scott Hairston, CF
4. Ike Davis, 1B
5. Nick Evans, LF
6. Lucas Duda, RF
7. Brad Emaus, DH
8. Josh Thole, C
9. Chin-lung Hu, 3B
SP -- Jonathon Niese, LHP

Scott Atchison, Jonathan Papelbon, Daniel Bard and Rich Hill are on the list to follow Lackey Thursday afternoon.

Pitching for the Red Sox in the split squad games Friday:

* Vs. Detroit: Clay Buchholz, Dennys Reyes, Hideki Okajima, Michael Bowden

* Vs. Tampa Bay: Tim Wakefield, Matt Fox, Matt Albers, Randy Williams

Bobby Jenks is scheduled to throw two innings in minor league camp on Friday.

Pitching for the Red Sox on Saturday in Bradenton: Josh Beckett, Alfredo Aceves, Dan Wheeler

Okajima is on the books to throw an inning in minor-league camp on Saturday.
