BOSTON -- The Red Sox will be in the market for a new Triple-A manager for the second time in two years.

Torey Lovullo, who last season was hired as Pawtucket manager to replace Ron Johnson when Johnson was promoted to Terry Francona’s staff as first-base coach, will be joining new Blue Jays manager John Farrell as Toronto’s first-base coach.

Lovullo had been a finalist for the Indians’ managing job last winter before being hired by the Red Sox.
