Coach thanks stranger for saving daughter

Red Sox first-base coach Ron Johnson, who has not been with the team since Tuesday, spoke to a Nashville television station about the horrific automobile accident involving his youngest daughter, Bridget, who turns 11 on Wednesday.

Johnson said a passerby, whose name he gave only as "Bernie," saved his daughter's life with his actions at the accident scene.
