The Baseball Tonight crew takes a look at the methods of new Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine and how they will be received by the team. Will his aggressive, hands-on approach work?
"I think it is going to work and I think it has to work," says Tim Kurkjian, who added that Valentine's approach -- emphasizing team discipline and baseball fundamentals -- is no different than it would have been if the Red Sox had won the World Series last season.
