What if Lester needs to go on the DL?

ESPNBoston.com's Gordon Edes was on SportsCenter this morning to talk about Jon Lester's lat injury and whether the Red Sox would look for outside help on the trade market should Lester miss a significant amount of time.
"Theo Epstein thinks he has enough depth in the minor leagues and doesn't see that much on the trade market in terms of pitching," Edes says in the video above. "He's got the recycled Kevin Millwood down in Pawtucket, the lefty Felix Doubront, the former Notre Dame star Kyle Weiland down in the minors. He could probably patch through some of these injuries. Right now at the trading deadline I think the focus is more on a right-handed bat."
In seven starts with Pawtucket, Millwood is 4-0 with a 4.15 ERA and 36 strikeouts (to go along with 12 walks) in 39 innings.
After spending a short stint with the Red Sox in April, Doubront is 0-3 witha 3.86 ERA in 11 starts with Triple-A Pawtucket this season. He has 45 strikeouts and 18 walks in 49 innings.
The righty Weiland is 8-6 with a 3.00 ERA in 17 starts for the PawSox and has given up more than two runs just once in his last 10 starts. He has 99 strikeouts and 37 walks in 93 innings.
